Are you celebrating a birthday during the month of April, maybe your own or perhaps a family member or a dear friend? Have you been trying to decide on the perfect birthday theme?  Here are a few ideas for the month of April...

• A Garden Birthday Party - April is a month of new beginnings, the rebirth of lawns, plants, trees and beautiful flowers. Once you find the perfect garden party invitation, add fresh flowers or elements from outdoors to create a relaxing mood. Floral napkins and floral themed paper plates would be sweet too! A packet of flower seeds makes a nice take home if the recipients are old enough! 
  

• Little Ladybug Birthday Party -  Kids will love a ladybug theme birthday party. Red and black, how fun! Find the perfect ladybug birthday invitation to get them in the mood. Ladybug themed plates, napkins are fairly easy to find. Add some fun things like ladybug stickers, red and white streamers, and maybe even a birthday shirt with a ladybug for the birthday girl or boy! 

• Sports Themed Birthday Party - April is a month where many sports are starting up, think baseball, soccer or football. There are lots of fun sports themed birthday invitations whether it's for younger kids or a group that's a little older. This party could be indoors or outdoors depending on the weather where you live. Find sports themed party accessories, decorate cupcakes or the birthday cake with a sports theme too!
